And so, Jeb Bush is out. He deserves no sympathy. He was one of the original 25 signatories to the Statement of Principles of the Project of the New American Century (PNAC), and as George Bush's 'smarter brother' was among those who masterminded the second-worst foreign policy disaster in American history, the invasion of Iraq. When he was Governor of Florida, knowing no measure of proportion, he used his powers to harass the Schiavo family in their moment of torment.
I will miss having Jeb around for Donald Trump's sport, however. One of the many joys of this campaign season.
Now, to attend to the other Republican candidates....
